Mediation Fee Schedule*

A full day session is for eight hours but will continue as long as the parties agree progress is being made toward a settlement.  Lunch is provided with a full day mediation.

A half day session is four hours.

If the mediation extends past the scheduled number of hours, an hourly rate of $400.00 will be charged and split between the total number of parties.

Mediation sessions can be conducted in person, by Zoom, by phone, or a combination of the above.

We understand situations arise where a quick mediation is needed prior to a hearing or trial, or a mediation is needed after hours or on weekends. Efforts will be made to work with all parties to schedule a mediation session to meet the needs of the dispute in question.

If you have a situation where a pro-bono mediation is warranted, Conder Mediation will work to accommodate your request.
